Quality time with family.

We tried a new local restaurant yesterday. My dinner of choice was a goat-cheese sallad with some alcohol free apple sider on the side. The food was yummy, and I loved the atmosphere overall. People took some pictures, but other than that, our dinner time was completely phone free, and we were focused on chatting with each other. What a fun way to spend the evening. 💜

The beauty of finding your community.

The beauty of finding your community. Joining a yoga festival for the very first time. It has been ten years since the yoga and wellness festival was organized in Finland for the very first time. We were there as new yoga instructors with a mission of spreading information about our programs for the people who might be interested in supporting our cause of making yoga easily accessible for everyone.

Few thoughts about healing.

Is It even possible to fully heal from past trauma? You would think that after processing past events multiple times, it’s all over, and your life is “fixed” . Why asexual men are lacking representation?

when a comment from stranger made me reflect. I had an eye opening moment after reading someones story here on medium. I did it!

I faced my fears. Just five days after the incident here, I was again at the railway station waiting for the train. Quite understandably, there were some panicky moments. Somehow, I found the inner strength to tell myself “hey I know that this is hard, but you can do it…
