First steps as a new yoga instructor
I graduated from the yoga instructor program a week ago. It felt unreal when we received our certifications. I was just staring at the paper speechless and thinking “ is this really happening.” The whole experience was life changing for me. You rarely get the opportunity of truly getting out of your comfort zone with people that completely accept you exactly as you are.
I had the opportunity to practice teaching yoga at the place i do supported work in. Everybody enjoyed my glass and later my work coach told me that the door is open if i want to continue. It just felt natural to me and i had such a strong intuitive feeling of “this is the thing i am meant to do in life”
A magical moment with strangers
During our last weekend everyone was doing their own silent walking meditation at this local park and then joined by three people who were part of some local group. They were studying human interaction that day. It was their last day together as well. According to these people we were all radiating positive energy and will all become great yoga teachers in the future. Such a special moment that left everyone speechless.
We were all just standing in a circle at the end and just connecting with each other in silence for a little while before parting ways. We probably wont never meet with them again but it felt to me that this moment was meant to happen between your two groups. Sometimes life brings to you some unexpected gifts and this was definitely one of those.
There is a new adventure that is beginning for me and i cant wait to see where following my heart leads me. This will become something incredible i can feel it. to be continued.. ❤
