what is in my bag?
I remember when this used to be a trend on YouTube. Here is a post about the stuff i carry with me on a day to day basis.
This is my bag, my mom bought it to me as a birthday present years ago. It is made by this Finnish design company called Marimekko. It is still like a new years later. The benefits of getting good Quality stuff in the first place.
The first things that i always have in my bag are my phone,my keys and my walled the basics. I am not including a photo for safety reasons.
I try my best to have some snacks on me at all times, because i am Quite sensitive for my blood sugars getting low and when being stressed eating is the first thing that is not happening as often as it should, so having an easy snacks on hand helps me to remember. Currently i have a selection of different snack-bars.
I carry an emergency kit with me because you never know what might happen especially as a someone whit periods, it is mostly filled with period supplies like my pads of choice,wet wipes ,and pain medication but i also carry a few types of plasters, dental floss thingy, allergy medicine and diarrhea medicine.
some more miscellaneous stuff i have are a small notebook , a pen, a small calendar,a hand cream, disinfecting wipes (kept separate from the wet wipes to avoid accidents that have never happened but i am afraid it might.) ear plugs for sensory issues and a some sort of cough drops currently there are these liquorice flavored herbal ones. cough drops are useful for irritated throat due to allergy season or cough obviously or also a good way to distract myself from anxiety for focusing my senses on the taste and not the other symptoms.
I also carry my water bottle and an extra pair of clean underwear in case of accidents. often there is a small plastic bag and some tissues as well. because sometimes public toilets wont have toilet paper stocked. better to be prepared than sorry. I often have my key-chain plushie with me as well as a grounding tool for the anxious moments, i like petting her. her name is Rose.
