Yup this is an unfortunate reality that if you have any kind of special needs finding a job is quite a challenge. I hope that more companies would be willing to hire people who are talented but just happen to be needing a little bit more support. It’s a struggle to trying to find a place where you can use your skills but ain’t judged by something you can’t change :/ loved the article. ❤
